Although we had some rain earlier today and are expecting a lot more over the next couple of days, me, Brock and Sawyer went fishing this afternoon. Sawyer even wore his lucky fishing shirt "Frogs, snails and big fish tails, that's what little boys are made of," complete with denim shorts and boots! What can I say?!?! We had a good time and caught a fish every time we cast out our pole. But at times Sawyer wasn't so sure and refused to hold up the fish so I could take a picture. The award for the biggest fish and most fish went to Sawyer. The biggest was bigger than Brock's hand!

Troy Shower
The girls that I used to work with in Troy hosted a baby shower for me and two others, Teresa and Ashley, this past Saturday. We had such a great time together! We also a had two surprise guests, Dr Coleman and Mrs Ghlea. They moved to Louisiana December was a year ago and it was so wonderful to see them. It was just like the "old days" and reminded me how much I miss them all. Again Riley got many wonderful gifts and the food was excellent.

Riley's Room
We've got Riley's room put together and I love it! It's so much fun to have a "girlie" room in our house now. I just can't wait for the little girl to get here to enjoy it! I only took pictures of the main items in the room--she also has a dresser/changing table and hope chest.
Only 4 weeks to go...

Wonderful Weather
Taking a break and watching Daddy work.
Riding the tractor with Daddy.
My sweet boy.
We've had such great weather this past week! Sawyer is so much happier when he gets plenty of outside time. We were able to start on some yard "reconstruction" this weekend. Our yard was ravaged by the construction of our new house and we basically have to replant it all. Sawyer had lots of fun riding the tractor with Brock and also riding his tractor (it is not a lawn mower--it is a "tractor and hay wagon" according to him).
